Terms of Service

These terms are the rules for using Regzy (reg-bot.ai), on the web. “We” and “us” means Regzy. “You” means the person or business using it. By using Regzy, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Regzy.

1. What Regzy does

Regzy helps small businesses understand which licenses and permits they need. It makes checklists, reminds you before renewals are due, and helps you fill in forms.

2. This is not legal advice

Regzy gives general information. It is not legal advice. We are not a law firm.

Rules change often and differ from place to place. Our answers can be wrong or out of date. You must check every requirement, fee and deadline with the agency that issues your license or permit. For legal questions, talk to a licensed lawyer.

3. Who can use Regzy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms.

4. Your account

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else got into your account, email hello@reg-bot.ai right away.

5. Prices

• Free plan: $0. You get 20 AI questions a day plus form previews. 3 free chats as a guest. Sign up free for 20 questions a day. See our pricing page.
• Pro: $29 a month, or $290 a year. Download your filled forms. Up to 200 AI requests a day.
• Founding price: our first 100 customers pay $19 a month, or $190 a year. You keep this price as long as your plan stays active. If you cancel and sign up again later, you pay the price at that time.
• Multi-location:$49 a month covers up to 4 locations. Each extra location after that is $12 a month. For example, 5 locations cost $61 a month. If you add a location, the new price starts with your next bill. If you remove a location, the lower price starts when your plan renews. We don't give partial refunds when you change locations.
• Done-with-you renewal help: a one-time fee of $49. We get your renewal paperwork ready for you to check. You sign it and send it in yourself. We never file for you. We never ask for or keep your agency logins.

Stripe handles payments on our website. When you buy, you let us charge you for the plan you picked. Plans renew on their own each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time. You keep Pro until the end of the time you already paid for. There is no free trial. Yearly plans have a 14-day money-back guarantee: email us at hello@reg-bot.ai within 14 days of paying for a full refund. Monthly plans, including multi-location, don't have this guarantee. We don't give refunds for part of a month. We handle each request by hand. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. It explains the 14-day guarantee for yearly plans, what happens if we fail to send a reminder, and the founding price.

Government fees are separate. You pay them straight to the agency. We don't collect them.

6. Using Regzy fairly

Please don't:

• Break the law with Regzy.
• Put false information on government forms.
• Copy, scrape or resell our content or data.
• Try to break, overload or hack the service.
• Use Regzy to harm or trick anyone.

7. Who owns what

We own Regzy, its design, its code and its content. The information you enter stays yours. You let us use it only to run Regzy for you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.

8. No promises

We work hard to keep Regzycorrect and running. But we provide it “as is.” We don't promise it will always be right, complete, up to date, or available.

9. Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses. This includes lost profits, fines, late fees, or missed deadlines. You are responsible for meeting every deadline set by the agency that issues your license or permit.

If we fail to send a renewal reminder you set up correctly, your only remedy is the refund described in our Refund Policy.

For anything else, if we do owe you anything, the most we will pay is what you paid us in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is more.

10. Your responsibility

If you break these terms or the law while using Regzy, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our costs.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using Regzy at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Sections 2, 7, 8, 9 and 10 still apply after that.

12. Which law applies

Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Palm Beach County, Florida.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top. For big changes, we will email you. If you keep using Regzy after a change, you agree to the new terms.
