Refund Policy

Yearly plans: full refund in the first 14 days

Not happy with your yearly plan? Email us within 14 days of paying, and we will give you a full refund. After 14 days, we don't give refunds for the rest of the year. You keep Pro until the end of the year you paid for.

Monthly plans

You can cancel any time in Settings. You won't be charged again, and you keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for. The 14-day full refund is for yearly plans only. We don't give refunds for part of a month.

Multi-location plans are billed monthly, so these monthly rules apply to them too.

If we fail to send a reminder

If you set up a renewal reminder correctly and we fail to send it, that is our mistake. We will refund what you paid for that billing period (one month, or one year on a yearly plan). Please ask within 30 days of the missed reminder.

This covers only reminders we failed to send. It does not cover a wrong date you entered, an email that went to spam or was blocked, or a deadline the agency changed.

The agency's deadline is always your responsibility. Please check your due date with the agency that issues your license.

Founding price

The founding price stays as long as your plan stays active. If you cancel and sign up again later, you pay the price at that time.

$49 renewal paperwork help (Florida forms)

You can get a full refund any time before we deliver your paperwork. After we deliver it, the $49 is not refundable. We prepare the paperwork. You check it, sign it and send it to the agency yourself. We never file for you.

How to ask for a refund

Email us at hello@reg-bot.ai. Tell us the email you used to pay and your business name. A person handles every refund by hand. We reply within 2 business days.

We send the money back to the card you paid with. It can take 5 to 10 days to show up.

Good to know

• There is no free trial. You can use the Free plan before you pay.
• Changing locations on a multi-location plan: If you add a location, you start paying for it with your next bill. If you remove a location, the change starts when your plan renews. We don't give back part of a payment when you change locations.
